Trend Micro Inc. Software Engineer interview experience

After I finished the written portion, I went into a face-to-face interview with managers from different departments.

The way it was laid out felt compact and focused: first demonstrate programming thinking on paper, then transition into manager-level discussions.

I didn’t receive an offer. Looking back, the hardest part for me was that the paper exam set the tone quickly, leaving less room to recover or reframe my performance in the later discussions.
