I went through three rounds where everything heavily revolved around Databricks.

The first two rounds were technical, and then the third round was HR.

The interviewer emphasis throughout was also strongly about timing: they wanted immediate joiners. That mattered in the back-and-forth, because if someone had a longer serving notice period—like 90 days—they effectively expected the process to happen just before it ends.

Technically it felt focused, but the bigger surprise was how strongly the process was anchored to when I could start.
