I attended their recruitment drive in Gurgaon, and the setup felt like a real event.

The day started with a quiz test that included a handful of puzzles and a guesstimate component, and then it moved into a technical interview and finally an HR/founder-style round. The quiz puzzles were surprisingly “school-level” in difficulty, but they still had a tricky edge to them that made me second-guess a few answers.

The process ran long. I remember showing up late and still being allowed to appear in a different slot, which made the whole thing feel more humane despite the crowds—there were roughly a few hundred people in total and only a small slice of us got taken forward.
