Tredence Data Engineer interview experience

No offer

Negative

New DelhiPosted Dec 2021 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I went into the process expecting a fair evaluation, but it quickly felt like my time wasn’t valued.

The interviewer was significantly late, then asked only a couple of questions before stepping away for about ten minutes due to a call. It gave the impression they didn’t want to continue properly with the scheduled interview.

Even after that, the overall experience felt like a waste of time—especially for someone with experience. I kept thinking they might be conducting interviews more to occupy time than to actually hire, and the delays and interruptions made that feeling hard to shake.
