United StatesPosted Mar 2025 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My process felt drawn out and included a decent amount of direct interaction.

I met with three different people, and I got genuinely good feedback after each conversation.

But after that, I basically went quiet—no follow-up and no clear next step. I reached out to HR to check whether the role was still open and whether a decision had been made. I was told they hadn’t made a decision yet.

So even though the conversations were positive, the lack of closure made the whole experience unfortunate.
