After a recruiter touchpoint, the process moved along, but it dragged on after I cleared the rounds.

I ended up waiting more than two weeks without any clear update, and I never received a proper offer. What stuck with me most was the lack of follow-through once I sent documents and finished everything they asked for.

When I reached out to HR to get visibility, the responses felt unprofessional and slow, and they didn’t seem to communicate in a helpful way. Even after the interview was done, I couldn’t get meaningful feedback, and it left the whole experience feeling more frustrating than anything technical.
