North Reading, MAPosted May 2023 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I started with a manager phone screen, and then I had an onsite visit.

The onsite included multiple conversations where the focus stayed technical and practical—two of the interviews involved problem solving exercises rather than just theory. The final conversation was with a VP Engineering, which made the overall day feel high-stakes and fast-paced.

Across the process, the technical rounds felt like they were testing how I broke down and handled actual problems, and the VP step leaned more on overall fit and reasoning. It was an average-difficulty experience for me, and I didn’t end up receiving an offer.
