Toyota North America Financial Analyst interview experience

HR was easy to talk to, and the whole thing came back quickly rather than dragging on.

The interviews themselves weren’t presented as a heavy lift; overall it felt “good” and not too difficult. Even though I didn’t find it challenging, I still walked away disappointed because I didn’t get the job despite feeling like I’d done reasonably well in the process.

In the end the outcome was a no, and honestly it was frustrating because the experience itself was positive—just not positive enough to land the offer.
