My process dragged on longer than I expected, and it felt like it included steps that didn’t meaningfully move things forward.

It started with a call from the recruiter, followed by an interview with the recruiter, and then I had to do a homework-style portion where I learned the whole U.S. map. After that, I took a test.

Once I passed, I finally got to what they called the real interview—but it honestly felt like a waste of time compared with the earlier steps. The managers who reviewed my resume during the manager portion didn’t come across as serious, and the interaction felt rude.

By the end, I didn’t think the whole experience was worth it. I remember feeling annoyed that the process consumed a lot of time
