My interview experience stood out mostly because of the culture-vibe mismatch.

I went through an in-person interview that included several tests, but the questions felt overly easy—like something anyone who’d gone through elementary school could handle without much trouble. The final interview was with a younger-sounding interviewer who tried to lean into a big, flashy persona that didn’t land well with me, and the whole thing felt like it was trying too hard to sell an image rather than get to know me as a sales hire. I didn’t get an offer, and honestly I walked away unsettled by the overall energy.
