My process felt less like a quick interview and more like a “see if you can do the day-to-day” check.

I ran into scheduling friction early—I had to deal with a phone screening being rescheduled twice and there was a no-show—so I arrived with a little extra tension on my side.

Once I was finally in, the in-person portion lasted about two hours. The first hour was shadowing two people on the floor, watching how the work was actually done. The second hour turned into a one-on-one interview. Even after that, the final step still included more testing; I completed three tests before they could make an official offer decision. I felt like they wanted commitment and consistency more than anything
