Total Quality Logistics Account Executive interview experience

The recruiter stayed pretty high level, asking about my previous work experience, but framing it like I didn’t need direct experience because they would train me. The exchange felt more like a brief fit check and less like a chance to dig into what the environment would actually be like. When I expressed excitement, I was told I’d hear back soon after they made a decision. The next day I received a rejection email, and the speed of it left the process feeling abrupt.
