Total Quality Logistics Account Executive interview experience

I applied through Indeed and then went through three rounds across phone and in-person formats. HR interviewed me, and I also had a final round with the local office’s manager.

The most reassuring part was how open the interviewers were to me despite not having direct experience in the field. Even with that gap, the conversations stayed thoughtful and not overly rigid. I finished feeling like I was seen as a real person with potential, even though the final decision went another way. Honestly, that openness made the rejection easier to digest.
