My interview experience leaned negative and a little discouraging from the start.

The setting felt like a college frat-house vibe, and the energy during later rounds didn’t feel like it was evaluating my qualifications in a balanced way. When I reached the final conversation with younger floor managers, it felt like the outcome was already decided regardless of what I brought up, and the homework and tests didn’t seem to matter the way I expected.

There was also a separate moment where the interviewer seemed clearly uninterested and rushed me through the conversation. Some of the questions felt mismatched to the role, and the whole interaction felt more like a checkbox
