Total Quality Logistics Account Executive interview experience

The recruiter talked through my background and then set the next step: I went into the office for a cognitive test. The test was pretty basic—math plus spelling/typing—nothing like a deep technical exam, but it still made the process feel a lot more structured than a typical sales screen.

After that, I interviewed with my potential manager. That part could be virtual sometimes, but in my case it was just part of the normal flow they outlined. Overall, it felt pretty straightforward and easy to get through as long as I could handle the basic testing.
