I went through an interview sequence where I ended up putting a lot of time into preparation, and I genuinely felt excited about the opportunity.

On the day of my final interview, I completed three separate tests, and after the interview I followed up twice—once by email and once by phone—just to request an update. I never received a reply, not even a simple acknowledgment.

The frustrating part was the mismatch between what the company claimed to value and how I was treated afterward. After the work I put in and the energy I brought into the final stage, getting completely ghosted felt hurtful and discouraging. I kept expecting some kind of closure, especially given the professionalism and communication the company emphasizes.
