My process started with a recruiter screen, then quickly moved into an in-person interview style that leaned heavily on shadowing and direct feedback about whether I was built for the schedule.

In the in-person stage, there was also a quiz component tied to the US map, and while the lead sales floor manager interview was pretty to the point, it came off a little blunt and very focused on performance.

Between stages, the questions kept circling back to motivation, stamina, and willingness to live the job’s pace. I had to talk through why I wanted a sales role, and I was pressed on how my experience connected to what they were looking for. They made it clear there would be a lot of hours and that timing mattered—handling time crunches and keeping up with the day-to-day rhythm.
