BengaluruPosted Dec 2024 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I had a frustrating end-to-end experience where communication never quite matched what I was told.

After being contacted by the recruiter and hearing that I was a great candidate, I expected a technical interview soon—but I never heard back again, and it felt unprofessional.

Separately, in another interview sequence I went through, the overall process stretched across five hours with five rounds. Some of the discussion felt relevant and aligned with my strengths, but other questions seemed unrelated to the role. The bigger problem was communication: updates and feedback were delayed, and the whole thing felt one-sided and unprofessional.

Across both experiences, I didn’t get an offer.
