tjx Account Executive interview experience

It began with a phone interview with a manager where they asked about a handful of questions, then it continued with an in-store interview. In that round, I was again asked roughly five questions and the whole in-person segment took about fifteen minutes.

After that, I didn’t have to wait too long to hear back—I was contacted about a week later with a job offer, and I accepted it. The experience felt efficient end to end, and the time spent speaking with the team was short enough that I always felt like I was being judged on how I answered rather than on how many rounds it took to get there.
