Tipalti Account Executive interview experience

After that, I had a hiring manager interview that focused on my sales experience and how I handled coaching and feedback. It felt like they were trying to understand not just what I’d done, but how I’d operate once they were guiding me.

Then I went into a practical exercise that involved real sales motion—mock-style discovery and prospecting work—before finishing with panel conversations that centered on culture fit. The overall vibe stayed professional and fair, with the questions staying tightly aligned to role expectations and whether I’d be a good match.

I didn’t receive an offer.
