NoidaPosted Sep 2022 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My process was short and fairly standard: there was an HR screening first, then a technical round, followed by a managerial round.

After I completed everything, there was an offer discussion where the compensation started lower than what I expected, but they offered less than we agreed on.

I accepted their number anyway, but what stood out was the lack of professionalism throughout the process. Even though the questions themselves sounded basic—HTML, CSS, and React.js—the communication and how they handled the offer discussion left a bad taste. I didn’t receive an offer that felt properly aligned, and the way it was handled was the bigger issue than the technical content.
