I went through a series of technical rounds and everything seemed positive until the very end.

I completed three technical rounds where the feedback felt favorable, and I believed I was on track.

Then, just five minutes before what was supposed to be the final round, they changed the requirement. They told me they were no longer interested in my profile because of location—switching to only Noida people instead of allowing remote earlier. It felt like the decision had been locked but only communicated at the last possible moment.

I didn’t get an offer, and I left genuinely disappointed because the abrupt change made all the time spent in earlier rounds feel wasted.
