After HR reached out, I ended up doing an online technical interview that started in a pretty standard way: quick intro questions, then straight into the evaluation.

I was asked about my resume and projects, and the interviewer was generally friendly, even encouraging me as I worked. The technical portion included a coding round and LeetCode-style questions, and the whole session lasted long enough that it felt like more than a simple warm-up.

What surprised me was how directly they tied the coding and problem solving to practical troubleshooting thinking. One thread of questions leaned toward handling user-reported issues: how I’d troubleshoot a page failing to load without prior platform experience, what early signs would suggest an access permission
