My process felt short and direct, and the steps were easy to follow.

The first round was code pairing, then there was a technical discussion, and finally a cultural fit round. The technical discussion, though, felt a bit daunting during the conversation.

I remember walking into it expecting the flow to be smooth, but the discussion style felt harder to manage than the earlier steps. Still, the overall process structure was good, and I ended up receiving an offer.

The main thing I reflected on afterward was how the same “technical” label can feel very different depending on the interviewer’s pace and how they steer the conversation.
