My first interaction was a phone interview that was mostly about me as a person—how I think, how I communicate, and what I bring beyond just technical skills.

After that, I moved to a couple of Zoom sessions.

One of the Zoom meetings asked me to present some kind of technical project, so I had to explain my work and the reasoning behind it. The last Zoom was more about personality, digging further into how I approach situations and how I’d fit into the day-to-day team dynamic.

It was overall an average-difficulty process, and it felt balanced between showing depth in my work and showing how I operate. I got an offer, and I felt like the structure helped them evaluate both my technical voice and my human side without making it overly theatrical.
