I went through three rounds and I felt like I did well in all of them.

The interviews were difficult, but my performance was solid during each step, and I walked out feeling confident about how I handled the questions.

Still, they didn’t select me, and they only let me know after a long delay. What made the experience frustrating was how unprofessional the communication felt—HR didn’t even bother to return the call.

I didn’t get an offer, and the part that stuck with me wasn’t the difficulty of the questions. It was the long silence afterward and the lack of follow-through once the process was over.
