thoughtspot Software Engineer interview experience

HR scheduled everything clearly and even outlined the process, so I always knew what to expect next. The interviews were run by people who came across as knowledgeable and empathetic rather than rigid.

I ended up with around four to five rounds that were mostly technical, along with a culture-fit touchpoint. There was also a lot of freedom in choosing timeslots, which made the logistics much easier than usual.

I didn’t receive an offer, but the overall tone was positive—what stood out to me was the care in scheduling and the way the interviewers seemed to try to make the process smoother.
