Thermo Fisher Scientific Research Scientist interview experience

It seemed like they didn’t know how to guide the discussion, and even basic questions about day-to-day work didn’t come out clearly from them.

There were two interviewers involved, and I remember repeatedly feeling like I had to do more of the framing than the interview should have required. It wasn’t just that the format was awkward—it was that they struggled to answer what should have been straightforward questions, and that made the entire call frustrating and distracting.
