the LEGO Group Software Engineer interview experience

The first meeting was with a recruiter, where we aligned on basic expectations and made sure we were on the same page. After that, I talked with part of the team to see whether my experience matched the kind of project work the group was expecting.

For the final stage, I completed a simple assignment and then had a technical discussion about it. There was a bit of confusion about when and how to submit the work, but it got sorted out and the flow of the conversation made sense once the logistics were resolved.

Even though I didn’t get an offer, the experience stayed clear and structured.
