I met with three different team members and answered questions that were very focused on my past experience and why I wanted the specific position.

The conversations were pretty straightforward and revolved around matching my background to what the team needed.

One thing that came up directly was whether I was willing to learn about coding. That made the tone feel like they were assessing not only what I’d already done, but also how flexible I’d be if the role required me to ramp up.

It was an average difficulty interview overall—more people-and-fit than deep technical grilling. I didn’t get an offer, but I felt like they had a clear sense of what they were looking for.
