I went through an initial behavioral discussion and then deeper case-style questions as the process progressed.

I remember the beginning focusing heavily on fit, with a lot of behavioral prompts. Later rounds shifted toward case interviewing, and the questions were clearly meant to test how I’d think through problems rather than just whether I knew facts.

What surprised me was how quickly it moved from getting to know me into performance-based evaluation. The case portion felt like it required a different mindset—more structured reasoning and recommendations. I wasn’t given an offer, but I came away believing the biggest differentiator was how comfortable I was with case interview style formats.
