My process followed a pretty standard recruitment path.

First came resume review, then an initial HR/phone screening where they verified my details. After that, there were one or more technical rounds, followed by managerial interviews, and finally an HR conversation focused on salary and negotiation before any offer decision.

What stood out was how each step seemed to assess something different—skills and qualifications early, then deeper technical fit, and later more of a conversation about how I’d work day to day and how I thought about my experience. The overall timeline felt organized, and I liked that the expectations changed gradually
