I experienced a quick, low-pressure interview for a sales associate role, with only a few experience-and-customer-service questions.

Group interview (public mall space) — The interview took place in a public area in the mall; the interviewer asked questions and directed who answered, in a neutral, unbiased format.
Single interview after online application — I applied online and got a callback after a couple of weeks, then sat for a short session where I was asked around five questions about my experience and what I consider good customer service. Outcome: I didn’t move to an offer from these steps, but the process felt easy and conversational.
