The Campbell'S Account Executive interview experience

Got offer

MediumUnited StatesPosted Feb 2014 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I interviewed for an Account Executive-style retail position and the first round was extremely quick—more of a short fit check than a deep screening.

Short group interview — I was placed in a group setting and asked about my experience; the whole thing felt like it lasted only a few minutes.
Standard follow-up conversation (when applicable) — The questions stayed centered on retail experience and how I’d handle common customer situations. Outcome: I didn’t report a final offer here, but the takeaway was that they often begin with a fast, personality-forward screen before anything else.
