I interviewed for an Account Executive-style role and found it somewhat inconsistent, with a later-stage gap after an initial meeting.

Interview (store/manager and follow-up implied) — I had a basic interview (with manager involvement), and they said they’d contact me after speaking with a regional leader.
Follow-up not completed — After that, I wasn’t called back for the next step. Outcome: I didn’t move forward due to a lack of follow-up, and the takeaway was that even a normal interview wasn’t enough if the next round never materialized.
