Columbus, OHPosted May 2014 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I interviewed for an Account Executive-style retail role and the process felt very simple, with one short interview followed by a practical trial.

Group interview with store manager — I did a basic group interview with one of the store managers; it lasted around 20–25 minutes and covered straightforward questions.
Day trial run — After the interview, I participated in a working trial where I interacted with customers, folded clothes, and handled store tasks like handing out blue bags. Outcome: I didn’t report receiving an offer, but the takeaway was that they used a quick interview plus hands-on observation to judge fit.
