Vancouver, WAPosted Apr 2017 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I had a very casual, short interview that led to a quick start.

Short manager interview — I sat for about a 15-minute conversation that felt laid back, with no difficult questions.
Decision and quick start — Later that day I received a call from a manager and then started the next day with minimal training. Outcome: I was hired immediately after a fast conversation; the takeaway was that the process prioritized fit and responsiveness over complex evaluation.
