My interview experience didn’t match the expectations I’d built beforehand.

The interviewer came off as unprofessional—she didn’t show her face and didn’t really explain anything about the program or why the conversation mattered. The whole interaction felt like she wasn’t engaged, and it left me feeling dismissed rather than evaluated.

On top of that, I didn’t think the compensation justified the lack of effort and clarity during the process. I didn’t receive an offer, and I ultimately felt like it wasn’t worth the time compared with other options that felt more organized and respectful.
