My first step was fairly quick but also a little unclear.

After submitting, there was a Zoom meeting with two people from HR. It was mostly a general interview—conversational, with them evaluating me and then promising feedback by email.

I did receive some form of feedback, but the second round was unclear in terms of what to expect and how it would be structured. The overall feeling was that I had enough communication at the start to understand the first conversation, but the process didn’t get transparent after that.
