I went through four interviews with BAAM and made it as far as the second round, but that’s where it stopped.

The interviews were very experience-focused, with a lot of attention on my work history and making sure I could tie it directly back to what the group told me about their work. They clearly knew my resume well, and the questions kept returning to how my past roles connected to their current needs.

The conversation pacing also felt like it built cumulatively—interviewers appeared to carry forward what had been discussed most recently and then follow up from there. By the end, I realized detail mattered: the more specific notes I had kept during each step, the easier it was to stay consistent
