The American Mathematical Society Research Analyst interview experience

The topics mixed technical understanding with how I’d handle administrative pieces of the work, and it didn’t feel like there were any surprises or curveballs. The interviewers were friendly, and the whole process felt smooth and easy to follow.

The vibe stayed positive throughout the conversation, even though I didn’t end up getting an offer. Afterward, I walked away feeling like the role fit what they asked about, and that the experience itself was comfortable enough that I’d consider interviewing with them again if the opportunity came up.
