Textron Aviation Customer Success Engineer interview experience

I had a phone interview as the first round and then a Skype interview as the second, which was framed as a final check for the top group. In the Skype session, I was speaking with six engineers at once, and it felt like a serious, direct conversation rather than casual screening.

What really stood out was how fast everything wrapped up afterward. They made a decision in less than five days and offered me the position. The speed and the clarity of the final step made the whole thing feel efficient, and getting the offer confirmed that the conversation had landed well.
