Texas A&M University Research Analyst interview experience

I started with a phone interview, and then I had a second interview in person.

The phone conversation felt like a screening to see if we would get along before moving to the in-person meeting. That made the second round feel more about deeper fit.

Overall it went smoothly, and the process seemed designed to reduce surprises by using the first call as a warm check-in.
