Texas A&M University Research Analyst interview experience

First was a phone call that lasted about 30 minutes, then I had an on-site behavioral test for about 40 minutes, and finally an on-site technical test for about 40 minutes.

It was clearly broken up by purpose—screening by phone, then a behavioral component, then technical evaluation on-site. That structure made it feel more demanding than an informal conversation.

Even though I didn’t list details of each prompt, the overall setup was enough to make the difficulty feel average. I remember thinking the multiple tests meant I couldn’t rely on just one kind of strength.
