I had a relatively low-pressure, early-stage contact where it felt more like a check-in than a formal interview.

It was a virtual conversation on Teams, and the recruiter or interviewer asked fairly basic questions—mostly to understand my background and see if there was alignment. The tone was friendly, and the whole thing didn’t feel like a trap or an intense evaluation.

For another part of the process, I also ran into a very different format: a virtual group activity session. It was basically a messy group chat with close to twelve people, where everyone was debating at once. I didn’t feel like it allowed much chance to actually speak, and the experience threw me off because it didn’t seem organized.
