Palo Alto, CAPosted Apr 2026 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I got contacted by a recruiter through LinkedIn, and they coordinated my interview with a hiring manager.

The format was quick and heavily technical: there weren’t really behavioral questions, and the whole session was about 45 minutes of technical grilling. A lot of the questions connected to what I had listed on my resume, and I felt like the recruiter and interviewer were mainly trying to verify depth rather than explore my background at length.

What stood out to me was how fast it moved. The interview felt very resume-driven, and I ended up spending most of the time talking through the skills I’d highlighted, including why I had experience in the key area the job seemed to revolve around.
