I interviewed through a multi-stage flow that included a recruiter screening, technical coding rounds, a system design discussion, problem solving, and behavioral interviews focused on culture fit and how I’d handle fast-paced work.

The overall structure was clear enough that I knew what categories they cared about.

The technical portion emphasized both how I reason through problems and how I approach design-level thinking, while the behavioral pieces were used to gauge whether my mindset matched the kind of high-impact environment they described. Even though it was a lot of stages, I felt like the full process was internally consistent.

I didn’t get an offer, but the experience didn’t feel arbitrary—it felt like they were assessing me thoroughly across the areas they listed.
