After a recruiter green-lit me, I had a hiring manager interview.

The session was about half an hour, and it felt tailored to a small team working within Tesla Energy.

The process felt straightforward and fast, but the details I got were limited compared to other multi-stage loops—more of a direct conversation to assess fit than a long sequence. I ended up not receiving an offer, and the experience made me realize how much “coverage” can vary by team, even when the overall structure is minimal.
