The recruiting side of my experience swung between very different feelings.

I had an initial process that I genuinely thought was going well and it felt easy at first. I went through roughly six rounds of interviews, and the communication just… stopped afterward. After I completed all those steps, I was ghosted—no email, no phone call, and no courtesy about what happened next.

On the other end, I also had a recruiter call that felt very positive and well prepared. The recruiter already knew my resume, so the conversation jumped straight into discussing teams and role fit. It felt smooth and grounded rather than scripted, and the vibe was clearly more organized.
