Palo Alto, CAPosted Mar 2026 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I went through a pretty short, high-pressure sequence that started with a resume review into a LeetCode-style medium coding problem.

Even though the goal was to get to the next stage, I didn’t make it to the onsite.

During the technical round, the interviewer mostly let me work through the problem by myself rather than coaching through it. That made the DSA portion feel central—there wasn’t much room to hide if I got stuck on core data-structure ideas. Overall it felt challenging, and the process ended before I could show enough depth beyond that one coding attempt.

Looking back, I’d describe it as difficult mainly because the hardest work happened early, and the lack of iteration time meant any gaps showed immediately.
